From November 2001 through January 2002 I was employed by Grant Media, LLC in San Francisco, California, where I was the Accounting Manager. My responsibilities included: QuickBooks administrator; cash management, which included eighteen accounts and five credit cards; manage administrative staff; accounts receivables, which included processing ACH transactions for payment and processing contracts from the sales department; accounts payable, which included coding, processing and payment of payables for sixteen LLC's; general ledger entries; financial statements for the same sixteen LLC's; audit and reconciliation of eighteen checking accounts and five credit cards; internal audit of past records and accounts. I would say my greatest accomplishments while employed would be reorganization of the accounting records. My reason for leaving was because I was laid off because of cutbacks.
