From June 2003 through Current I started Rainbow Professional Service, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona. Since starting this company, I have retained over 30 clients for the company in several professions. These other companies include, but not limited to Non-Profits, Bars, Landscape Construction, Dance, Restaurant, Retail, Real Estate, Graphic Design, Counseling, Advertising, Legal and Insurance. My responsibilities include: Tax Preparation, Consulting, Bookkeeping, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Inventory, Training Clients on Software, Meeting with Clients and Internal Management. The primary software that I use with my clients is QuickBooks and Excel, I do have a few clients that choose to use Peachtree, and some clients are on QuickBooks for Mac. The Tax Software that I use is ProSeries.
