Ventana Luxury Apartments
From August 1994 through October 1995 I was employed by Ventena Luxury Apartments in Scottsdale, Arizona, where I was the internal bookkeeper and leasing agent. My responsibilities included: administrator of Prentice Hall On-Site software; running rent roll; receiving, logging and depositing rent received; accounts payable which included coding bills, entering into system and paying on time; collections of unpaid rent; computer maintenance and training; assist in pre-leasing new phase before it opened; assist in renting vacant apartments; assist in organizing social events for tenants. I would say my greatest accomplishments while employed would be computerizing and reorganizing the office. My reason for leaving was because the owner went with a management company and my position was dissolved.
